Best time to visit:

October to February is the best time to visit this place. Besides that, winter is the perfect season to enjoy the best the place offers. However, it is not safe to plan a trip to Mallela Theertham during the rainy season because of the slippery muddy road you need to walk up to view the waterfall.

You better be extra careful when planning to travel with children and older people. Rain would make the way up to the waterfall slippery in monsoon.
