Neergarh waterfall is located near the Yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh. The waterfall is located in the Himalayan Mountain range which makes it more beautiful. It is about 6 kms away from the Ram Jhula. Tourists have to buy tickets at the entry point of Neergarh. The tickets costs around Rs.30 for Indian tourists and Rs.50 for foreign tourists. The nearest place you can visit when around the Neergarh Waterfall is the cafes and camps at the top of the waterfall. There are two campsites at the top of the camp which offer camping. Being at such a height allows these camps to have a stunning view. The sunset hour is the most beautiful hour on the camp.

The camp offers various activities like swimming, a tour to a nearby village, yoga, star gazing, and a trek up to starting point of the waterfall. The price for staying at the camp is Rs. 1200 per night.

Other than the camps, you can also explore the Patna waterfall. It is located at a distance of around 6 kms from the Neergarh waterfall. You can reach it in about 20 mins.

Further, if you have time, you might want to go and explore Shivpuri. It is a small beautiful village popular for adventure sports. The major attractions here are rafting, and kayaking in the river Ganga. Also, it is famous for camping on the banks of the river Ganga.
