By Air: If you are traveling from another state or country then you should travel via Air. You can book your plane tickets for Chandigarh and after reaching Chandigarh airport you can take cabs to reach Banda Singh Bahadur War Memorial. 

By Train: If you have planned to travel by train then you need to book a train till Chandigarh which is in Sector 17 and after moving out of the Chandigarh Railway station you can book a cab till Banda Singh Bahadur War Memorial, Chappar Chiri.

By Road: You can also plan a road trip and travel to the war memorial via road. All the roads are good and the local people are also helpful. The war memorial is at a distance of around 15 kms from Chandigarh. Just make sure that you are visiting the war memorial between 8 am to 8 pm.
